If you’re not ready to commit to a full programme but want expert guidance and a clear starting point, this session is the perfect first step.

In just one session, we’ll explore what may be driving your symptoms and create a personalised plan to help you move forward.

This consultation includes 2 hours of practitioner time.

This session gives clarity, direction and practical next steps.


What happens before your appointment

Before we meet, I carefully review your health questionnaire so we can go straight to the heart of your concerns during the session.


During the 60-minute consultation

We will explore:

• Your symptoms and health history

• Your current diet and lifestyle

• Your goals and priorities

You’ll gain a clear understanding of what may be contributing to your health concerns and where to focus first.


After the session

Following our appointment, I spend additional time reviewing your case and creating your personalised plan, including:

• Tailored nutrition and lifestyle recommendations

• Suggested next steps and priorities

• Supplement and testing guidance where appropriate

You’ll receive a clear, practical action plan you can start immediately.

This session works perfectly as a standalone consultation.
